Tenants Trouble Shooting Guide
Please use common sense before calling, we will only respond to real emergencies that cannot wait until the next working day. In some cases, there will be a call-out charge liable to tenants, where it is deemed to be a tenant's responsibility for the issue.
Only in an Emergency

Out of Hours Emergency
However, if you are calling for an emergency out of hours i.e., evenings and weekends, please leave a voicemail and or text/WhatsApp and someone will contact you asap if it is indeed an emergency. We do ask tenants to show some common sense about this not using it, for example, for problems that could easily wait until the next working day. Please make sure that when you leave a voicemail that you include your name, address, and contact number.
