  • Ensure all legal certificate requirements are renewed annually or where necessary
  • Deal with all enquiries, questions, complaints, or other communications from tenants or third parties
  • Receive rental income from tenants on 1st of each month
  • Credit net receipts to the Landlords bank account on or before 8th of each month if funds have cleared
  • Issue monthly statements to Landlords
  • Pursue the tenant for any rent arrears in accordance with the Agents debt recovery procedure
  • Organise repairs & maintenance in line with prevailing safety and repairing standards
  • Review the rental amount periodically and increase where appropriate and possible under the terms of the tenancy agreement
  • Issue appropriate documentation to end the tenancy where we are requested to do so by the Landlord
  • Commence preparations for the Property to be re-let
